Ole has feelgood factor

Gary Neville expects United’s reserves to benefit from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s positive approach to his work.

The Reds’ skipper believes Solskjaer will bring the best out of his young players because he “makes you feel good all the time”.

“Ole is a great person and he will be a great coach and a great influence on those lads in the reserves,” Neville said in an exclusive MUTV interview.

“Last season he worked with me quite a lot along with Rene (Meulensteen) in coming back from injury and he also worked with the first team.

“I really enjoyed working with him because he’s just a good person to be around. Ole makes you feel good all the time and that’s what he’ll do with the reserves.”

另外老大也发表了看法，他刚刚获得了职业教练证书

"I have kept in touch with them. Obviously, Ole is now taking over as the reserve-team manager at United, and I think he's been on his A-badge. It's great that he's doing it with the reserve team at United. He's going to be working with very talented young boys. Ole was always going to go down that road. I know Giggsy and Neville have been on the course, Butty is in the process of doing his as well.”
